Terms for SEOReport plans, report credits, and developer API access.

Terms at a glance

  • SEOReport is operated by Granis AI Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
  • API and MCP access is included with paid plans and uses the same credits.
  • Paddle.com is Merchant of Record for paid orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns.
  • Reports are licensed for your internal or client work use, not sold as ownership of the service or engine.
  • Reports are available on paid plans that include monthly report credits. Plans, prices and credits are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
  • One credit covers one new site for one calendar month (UTC). Running a site again that you have already received a report for does not use a credit. Credits reset on the first day of each month (UTC), and unused credits end with their month; they never roll over.

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using SEO Report / SEOReport, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Buyers must review and accept these Terms before completing any paid order.

Who operates SEOReport

SEOReport (seoreport.dev) is operated by Granis AI Ltd., a BVI Business Company limited by shares, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 10 August 2026 with company number 2215734. In these Terms, "SEOReport", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Granis AI Ltd. These Terms are an agreement between you and Granis AI Ltd.

Service description

SEOReport is a public-data SaaS tool. We analyze publicly accessible website information to generate SEO reports, evidence, and recommendations. The service is offered as follows:

  • Developers use the same plan and credits through the REST API and the MCP endpoint.
  • Customers subscribe to a paid plan that includes a monthly allowance of report credits, and run reports from their account.
  • Some accounts hold a separately agreed allowance, such as an evaluation offer or a partner program. Those allowances follow the terms they were issued under, and unused credits from them are never added to a later month.

Payment processing notice

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Pricing, ordering, and access

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are sold as subscriptions billed monthly or annually, and you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. An annual plan is charged once per year and grants its credits month by month; it does not grant a full year of credits at once. The amount, currency and billing interval are shown at checkout before you pay.

Developer API access

API access is account-linked, key-gated, and subject to plan limits, rate limits, and any usage caps disclosed in the product or developer documentation.

Acceptance before purchase

Placing an order, starting a subscription, or activating paid API access confirms that you accepted these Terms and any pricing shown at checkout.

Plans and credits

Each plan includes a set number of report credits per calendar month (UTC), shown on the pricing page and at checkout. One credit covers one new site, identified by its normalized web address, for that month. Running a site again that you have already received a completed report for does not use a credit, and running the same site again in the same month reuses that month's credit. Credits reset on the first day of each month (UTC). Unused credits end with their month: they never roll over, and no unused, carried-over or evaluation credits are added to a later month.

Delivery and retries

A credit is used when a report for a new site is accepted for processing. If a report fails to deliver, you can run the same site again in the same month without using another credit; that retry is how a failed delivery is restored. If a report still cannot be delivered, contact support and we will review it with you.

When credits run out

When a month's credits are used up, you can still read and download the reports you have already received and manage your account and billing, but new sites cannot be run until your credits refresh or you move to a larger plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and its remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Reports you have received remain readable after cancellation, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

API usage rights and restrictions

Subject to your plan and payment status, SEO Report grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the API for your own business workflows.

  • Do not resell, white-label, sublicense, or operate the API or report outputs as a competing standalone service without our written permission.
  • Do not bypass rate limits, volume caps, auth controls, or other technical safeguards.
  • Keep API keys secure and do not share them outside the users or agents acting on your account.
  • Do not use the API to overload, probe, disrupt, or harm our systems or third-party websites.

User responsibilities

  • Submit accurate website URLs and maintain accurate account and billing information.
  • Only analyze websites you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to review.
  • Use the service lawfully and do not submit URLs or automate requests for abusive, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
  • Use reports as informational diagnostics and verify important findings before acting on them.

Intellectual property and report license

Our service and materials

SEO Report / SEOReport, including the software, report engine, branding, site content, documentation, and related intellectual property, remains our property or the property of our licensors.

License to use generated reports

Report outputs are licensed to you for your internal business use and for work you perform for your clients. The reports are not sold to you as ownership of the service, engine, or underlying software.

Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

SEO reports are provided for informational purposes. They are not legal advice, marketing advice, or a guarantee of rankings, traffic, indexing, or commercial results.

Provided as-is

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, or error-free outputs.

Third-party and platform dependencies

Search engines, browsers, hosting providers, content platforms, and payment providers may change behavior at any time. Those systems are outside our control and may affect report outcomes or delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Report / SEOReport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us through Paddle for the specific product or billing period giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, where Granis AI Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
