Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using SEO Report / SEOReport, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Buyers must review and accept these Terms before completing any paid order.

Service description

SEO Report is a public-data SaaS tool. We analyze publicly accessible website information to generate SEO reports, evidence, and recommendations. Our current business model is:

  • Users enter a website URL and receive a free basic SEO report.
  • Users can purchase an advanced SEO report (one-time or subscription) with deeper analysis and signals.
  • Developers can purchase API access to programmatically generate SEO reports at lower volume pricing.

Payment processing notice

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Pricing, ordering, and access

Free basic reports

Free basic reports are limited previews. They may show selected findings, summaries, and evidence from the same underlying report run, but do not unlock the full advanced report.

Paid advanced reports

Paid advanced reports unlock deeper analysis, more complete evidence, downloadable deliverables, and any paid-only sections described on the site or checkout page.

Subscriptions and recurring access

If an offer is sold as a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Subscription details, billing interval, and included usage are shown at checkout.

Developer API access

API access is account-linked, key-gated, and subject to plan limits, rate limits, and any usage caps disclosed in the product or developer documentation.

Acceptance before purchase

Placing an order, starting a subscription, or activating paid API access confirms that you accepted these Terms and any pricing shown at checkout.

API usage rights and restrictions

Subject to your plan and payment status, SEO Report grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the API for your own business workflows.

  • Do not resell, white-label, sublicense, or operate the API or report outputs as a competing standalone service without our written permission.
  • Do not bypass rate limits, volume caps, auth controls, or other technical safeguards.
  • Keep API keys secure and do not share them outside the users or agents acting on your account.
  • Do not use the API to overload, probe, disrupt, or harm our systems or third-party websites.

User responsibilities

  • Submit accurate website URLs and maintain accurate account and billing information.
  • Only analyze websites you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to review.
  • Use the service lawfully and do not submit URLs or automate requests for abusive, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
  • Use reports as informational diagnostics and verify important findings before acting on them.

Intellectual property and report license

Our service and materials

SEO Report / SEOReport, including the software, report engine, branding, site content, documentation, and related intellectual property, remains our property or the property of our licensors.

License to use generated reports

Paid and free report outputs are licensed to you for your internal business use and for work you perform for your clients. The reports are not sold to you as ownership of the service, engine, or underlying software.

Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, or error-free outputs.

Third-party and platform dependencies

Search engines, browsers, hosting providers, content platforms, and payment providers may change behavior at any time. Those systems are outside our control and may affect report outcomes or delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Report / SEOReport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us through Paddle for the specific product or billing period giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
