Refund and cancellation terms for paid advanced reports, subscriptions, and developer API access on SEO Report / SEOReport.

Refund policy at a glance

  • Paddle handles customer service inquiries and refund processing for our paid orders.
  • Paid advanced report purchases and the first subscription period are eligible for a 14-day money-back review window.
  • API credits or API access are generally non-refundable once any included usage has been consumed.
  • We do not process refunds directly outside of Paddle.

How refunds are handled

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our paid orders. All refund requests, billing issues, and cancellation-related customer service should be submitted through Paddle or the Paddle checkout/customer portal flow tied to your order.

Refund rules

Paid advanced SEO reports

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a paid advanced SEO report. Refunds are intended for duplicate purchases, technical delivery failures, or cases where the paid report could not be reasonably accessed or used.

Subscriptions

If an advanced report or developer plan is sold on a subscription basis, the first subscription period is eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the initial charge. Later renewals are generally non-refundable once the renewal period begins and access remains available.

API credits and developer access

Unused prepaid API credits or unused paid API access may be considered for refund within 14 days of purchase. Once any included API usage has been consumed, those credits or access are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of duplicate or erroneous charges.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact Paddle promptly with your order details so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

Cancellation policy

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time through Paddle or the customer portal associated with your order.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals, but access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless Paddle states otherwise.
  • We do not cancel or refund subscriptions directly outside of Paddle's order and support processes.
